> Connecta is ISP billing software for Kenyan internet providers: MikroTik hotspot and PPPoE billing with M-Pesa STK push, Paybill and Till, vouchers, SMS, monitoring and an AI assistant. Pay as you grow from KES 300 a month.

## What it does

- **One-line MikroTik setup**: Paste one line into your router. VPN, RADIUS, hotspot, PPPoE and security are configured for you, on RouterOS v6 or v7.
- **M-Pesa built in**: STK push, Paybill and Till. Payments are matched automatically and customers are online in seconds, day or night.
- **Hotspot packages from KES 10**: Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly packages, vouchers for agents, free trials and speed limits per package or per customer.
- **PPPoE home internet**: Monthly accounts with automatic expiry, reminders by SMS and WhatsApp, self-service renewals and invoices.
- **Monitoring and alerts**: Every router checked every 2 minutes, with alerts, a network map, a live operations screen and nightly config backups.
- **AI assistant**: Explains errors in plain words, diagnoses outages and answers your staff's questions about the network.

### What is Connecta?

Connecta is billing and management software for internet service providers in Kenya. It runs Wi-Fi hotspots and PPPoE home internet on MikroTik routers, takes M-Pesa payments, and switches customers on and off automatically.

### How much does Connecta cost?

You choose: pay as you grow from KES 300 a month (KES 15 per PPPoE user, less as you grow, plus 2 % of hotspot sales), a fixed plan from KES 499 a month, or a hybrid from KES 500 a month. There is no setup fee.

### Which routers does it support?

MikroTik routers on RouterOS version 6 or 7, from small boards such as the RB750 and hAP to CCR routers.

### How do I connect my router?

After your sign-up is approved you receive one line by e-mail. Paste it into your MikroTik terminal (Winbox or SSH). It sets up the VPN, RADIUS, hotspot and PPPoE, and the router shows online within a minute.

### Do customers pay with M-Pesa?

Yes. Customers pay with an M-Pesa prompt on their phone, or with Paybill or Till. Connecta confirms the payment and connects them automatically. You can use your own Paybill or Till.

### Can I set speed limits?

Yes. Every package has its own speed, for example 2, 4 or 5 Mbps, and you can set a different limit for a single customer or device.

### Is my data safe?

Sign-in uses two-factor authentication, secrets are encrypted, every router connects over its own VPN, and backups are encrypted and copied off-site every day.
